Data collected

  • Statistics: market comparison analyses, length of stays, average revenue per night and per stay, occupancy rate, reasons for travel, booking timing, number of travelers per stay, etc.
  • Marketing:
  • Subject to your prior consent, sending promotional offers, recommendations, forms for analysis and validation of goods, satisfaction surveys, polls, news on news, invitations to events organized by the company and all other types of commercial communications in order to exchange with contacts.
  • Your notes, comments and feedback on OIQIA services, as well as data relating to assets such as income and TO, may be published on the OIQIA site and in these groups on social networks with details such as first name and/or accommodation details without prior consent.

Data sharing

Your data can be shared with:

  • Service providers: subcontracting companies for cleaning, maintenance or janitorial services.
  • Competent authorities: in case of legal or regulatory obligations.
  • Technical partners: : digital solutions allowing the management and optimization of your assets.
  • Commercial partners: our partners who can offer you solutions adapted to your situation if OIQIA refuses your property for a reason specified in the OIQIA Owner General Terms and Conditions of Sale or if the OIQIA solution does not suit you.

International data transfers

Your data may be transferred outside the EU to allow the organization of stays or the processing of payments, in particular to countries such as the United States, Canada, Australia, China, China, Japan, and certain countries in Africa. These transfers are made only:

  • To countries recognized by the European Commission as having a level of protection of personal data equivalent to that of the EU.
  • By using appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules (BCRs).
  • With your explicit consent, when required.

storage duration

Your data is kept for the duration of our contractual relationship.

In case of subscription to the sending of marketing communication as specified in article 3, the data is retained and actively used until an explicit request to unsubscribe from this service, which can be made by a request sent to the Company or by the unsubscription service on a platform used for marketing communication.

Notes and comments with personal data specified in the article “Purposes of processing” and published on the OIQIA site will only be unpublished following an explicit request to delete them.

Once the contractual, commercial or communicative relationship is over, the relative data is archived for a period of 5 years, unless there is a legal obligation requiring longer retention. At the end of the retention and/or archiving periods, personal data will be anonymized to be kept for statistical or analytical purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and local laws, you have the following rights:
